About Me
Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year!  My name is Jill Butler and I am the 8th-grade professional school counselor at
Thompson Intermediate.  This is my twenty-second year in P.I.S.D. and my tenth year as a school counselor.  Prior to that, I was a Peer Facilitator and History teacher at Queens Intermediate in PISD.

I have a Master's Degree in School Counseling from the University of Houston- Clear Lake, and a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science Studies from Texas A&M University.

I have two intermediate children and 1 high school student.  I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, and reading.

It is an honor to have the opportunity to work with the students, families, and staff at Thompson Intermediate.
