Documents Required for Enrollment:

Current lease, rental agreement, deed, mortgage payment booklet; and,
Current utility bill (water, gas, electric, land-line phone); and,
Immunization record showing that the child has current immunizations
Birth certificate (original or certified copy) is required for

  • Prekindergarten
  • Kindergarten
  • All students new to Pasadena ISD that are under 11 years of age, and 
  • Students who have never been enrolled in a Texas public school

Important Information for 2019 - 2020

·         Student Meal Prices are the same as last school year

o   Breakfast is free to all enrolled students

o   Lunch:

§  Reduced Price - $.040

§  Elementary/Middle - $2.20

§  Intermediate - $2.65

§  High School - $2.75


·         Adult Meal Prices:

o   Breakfast remains at $2.25

o   Lunch will change to $3.75


·         Please submit a free and reduced meal application for 2019-2020 as soon as you can so benefits can continue without interruption.

o   Applying online is fastest:

o   A link to apply online will now be provided during the student enrollment process

·         Last Day of Carryover Eligibility is Monday, September 30.

o   Plan to send money or a lunch with your child on October 1 if you have not applied giving enough time for the application to be processed


·         It may take up to 10 days for an application to be processed


·         District Charge Policy as stated in the student handbook

o   Parents are strongly encouraged to continually monitor their child’s meal account balance. When a student’s meal account is depleted, the District will notify the parents via phone message and notices sent home with students.  The student will be given a grace period of two days where lunches may be charged. If parents do not send payments for their outstanding account balance by the end of the grace period, students are offered a courtesy meal and campus administration will then follow up with parents. Ala Carte items may not be charged. 


·        Money remaining on student accounts will roll over to the current school year.
